In our wine list we have tried to keep a Hispanic
flavour wherever possible. The bulk of our wines are
from Spain, Mexico and South America, but we have
slipped in the odd wine from other parts of the world
where we feel they are justified and compliment the food.
Several of our wines are made wholly organically, and
others, whilst not strictly organic, are produced under Biodynamic conditions.
We try to buy wines from smaller producers where
vineyards have been in the same family for generations,
and with several of them the younger generations are carrying out exciting changes to modernise the way the wines are produced, often with quite explosive results.

don’t hesitate to ask for our opinions – most of us have tried most of the wines!
